KTS Extreme Outdoors was born out of a desire to make affordable camping and survival gear.

As an Idaho family that also spent several years living in Alaska, the outdoors - including hunting, backpacking and camping have been a large part of our lives.

My wife and I met in Paramedic school more than 20 years ago and have been blessed with two wonderful children. Our son is currently serving in the United States Air Force and looking toward civilian life in the very near future. our daughter is completing high school and looking toward college.

I was honored to serve our local community for many years in public service. First as a paramedic as well as a volunteer fireman for several years prior to going on to become a Physicians Assistant (PA).

Responding to emergency calls began to bring to light the need for the public to be more involved in their own personal safety and survival.  My favorite saying is, "When seconds count, help is minutes away". 

As we have watched the state of our country devolve into more and more chaos it became clear that evil will continue to grow until good people begin to stand up.  Our hope is to better prepare those who wish to stand up.

Our stoves are a launching pad for a basic survival system that is currently being developed. These systems can be deployed to provide temporary shelter in an emergency or as a hunting camp in all 4 seasons.
